We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to help lead data-driven brand growth for the organization. This role will work directly with the senior leaders of the organization to execute a strategic roadmap and vision for key digital and offline marketing channels, in addition to overseeing in-store brand marketing across our network of retailer partners. The marketing manager will be responsible for generating content ideas across digital and offline marketing channels, developing marketing campaigns across the calendar, and tracking results against clearly defined performance targets.
While overseeing the marketing team, you will lead data-driven insights to optimize and execute campaigns across core marketing channels. In addition to digital channels, you will also help scale offline channels and explore new retailer acquisition and retention strategies to help continue the acceleration of our growth.
The ideal candidate has an eye for design and modern, branded lifestyle content with a brain that thrives in the lands of ROI, ROAS, LTV and CAC. You should be extremely analytical and have a creative side that is passionate about building the top independent jewelry brand in the US. We are seeking someone who is equally a strategic thinker as they are a day-to-day executer, eager to interface with our retail partners.
