The Collection is backed by over 30 years of traditions and expertise set by its cofounders and a collection of over 3,000 pieces that are entirely unique, ethically sourced, and created with the highest levels of quality and craftsmanship.

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to help lead data-driven brand growth for the organization. This role will work directly with the senior leaders of the organization to execute a strategic roadmap and vision for key digital and offline marketing channels, in addition to overseeing in-store brand marketing across our network of retailer partners. The marketing manager will be responsible for generating content ideas across digital and offline marketing channels, developing marketing campaigns across the calendar, and tracking results against clearly defined performance targets.

While overseeing the marketing team, you will lead data-driven insights to optimize and execute campaigns across core marketing channels. In addition to digital channels, you will also help scale offline channels and explore new retailer acquisition and retention strategies to help continue the acceleration of our growth.

The ideal candidate has an eye for design and modern, branded lifestyle content with a brain that thrives in the lands of ROI, ROAS, LTV and CAC. You should be extremely analytical and have a creative side that is passionate about building the top independent jewelry brand in the US. We are seeking someone who is equally a strategic thinker as they are a day-to-day executer, eager to interface with our retail partners.


  • Drive revenue growth for Sylvie with end-to-end management of paid marketing programs in support of new customer acquisition and retention efforts
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on key digital channels, leveraging Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other relevant dashboards
  • Report results on a bi-weekly and quarterly basis to the CEO and senior members of the team
  • Leverage insights to continually optimize channels and identify new opportunities
  • Ensure Sylvie is hitting key marketing and channel performance targets as defined by the organization
  • Research new channel opportunities and assist in scaling paid offline channels (direct mail, trade magazines, print)
  • Own Sylvie’s relationships with various media agencies and vendors, as well as the key brand marketing gatekeepers at core retail partners
  • Work with marketing team to generate creative ideas and develop campaign assets optimized for performance on a channel-by-channel basis
  • Meet deadlines by overseeing the marketing calendar while maintaining the high quality that aligns with Sylvie’s brand experience at our retail partners and beyond
  • Roll up your sleeves and fill in gaps when needed


  • Bachelor’s or higher degree with 4+ years’ experience in digital/performance marketing with direct oversight of SEM, paid social, display, and full-funnel marketing strategies; emphasis on driving revenue for a high-end jewelry brand preferred
  • Track record of efficiently scaling investment and performance on digital and offline channels
  • Advanced Excel and campaign analytics tools skills (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads, etc.); ability to take in vast amounts of data and identify key opportunities and insights for the Brand
  • Experience managing successful campaigns and marketing programs that improve B2B and B2C acquisition and retention
  • Ability to jump in, set up a plan with a schedule, and execute diligently to optimize performance and manage spend
  • Analytical and metrics-driven with a creative eye
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with creative resources internally to manage brand collateral as well as externally interfacing with our core retail partners from beginning to end
  • Self-starter; comfortable with ownership and a high level of responsibility while being willing to roll up sleeves to take on other work when necessary
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
